I know, I know it's been awhile since I've posted something. And that last point wasn't really anything spectacular. So, now in my second quarter of college... I'm back and intend to post more regularly (although I think I've said that before).
Anyhow, I'm back at school and I have a lot to talk about.
I bought a bottle of Lipton tea today. And let me tell you I was excited-- they actually sold a bottle of unsweetened, non-flavored tea. Because I'm weird about how I drink my tea, I like it weak, unsweetened, and cold... just about the opposite of how normal people drink their tea. So, anyway back to this bottle of tea; I like reading labels. Seriously, if its printed on the bottle I'm going to read it: nutritional information, ingredients, package size information, comments about the product, whatever... So again back to the bottle, I was looking at the ingredient list and the only thing listed other than "brewed tea from Lipton tea leaves" is citric acid. Hmm.. citric acid... oh wait! it then tells me in parenthesizes what its for (although I must say that I do like when they do this) and again I'll quote the bottle, it, "provides tartness." To provide tartness-- I don't know about the rest of the world but I do not want my tea to be "tart." Thank you very much Lipton but I would prefer to have my tea unsweetened and untarted. That's not too much to ask for right?
You know what don't answer that.
